Gerrymandering in the name of racial equality totally perverts the house
What the republicans do in so many districts around the country is make a few districts that are 80% black to guarantee minority representation. They cynically say they are giving minority's equal opportunity. But since blacks vote democratic by margins of over 90%, that's a whole hell of a lot of democrats being put in a few districts and fewer democrats to put in other districts so we have states where most of the democrats are put in a couple districts and the republicans spread their voters around the other districts.

Look at Corrine Brown's district #3 in Florida. It's the most bullshit district I've ever seen in my life. They've basically put all black people in hundreds of miles into one district from Jacksonville to Orlando.
