POLL: Cnn, Dems lead 56-40% among LIKELY voters

This is a reduction from the last poll, which had a smaller sample of voters I believe and naturally Dems were going to have a huge spike during the weak after the Foley Scandal, but this shows that most of it is still there and this is a five point spike from the pre-Foley CNN poll of an 11 point lead. On Fox News, Mort Kondracke has said that nationally the Dems need about 7% more of the Republican vote to surely take congress due to gerrymandering. If they win 5% more than that they'll probably pick up 25 seats.

Congress here we come.
