to insure that they will seek nukes to protect themselves from the US and its allies? that's the way it looks to me by not negotiating and meeting the leaders of Iran and N.Korea as legitimate heads of state. The crap about never negotiating with your enemies or even talking to them has not worked for Israel and it will not work for us. (Although, Israel does negotiate and talk behind closed doors, quiet as it's kept.) I think the cause for NKorea is lost forever.
