Have anybody seen "The Marine"
It's a goofy action film starring pro wrestler Jon Cena. I don't watch because it may have a pro-war view in the Iraq War. The Iraq War sequence may look like a WWII scene rather than a real-life Vietnam.

I hate Jon Cena because he supports the war. If you "support the troops" without the sub-phrase "Bring them home" supports the war.

If anyboy saw it can you explain the war senqunce and what's your opinion?

2. From the trailer
It looked like a total bloodbath of giddy war-cheering. It's utterly grotesque to make something like that at any time, but especially given the suffering going on. The sickest part is that these shallow "war" movies never show that, the hero gets a few scratches (one right on his forehead to make a little blood trickle, natch) but walks away fine. No missing limbs, no psych trauma, everything's dandy. :-(

3. The movie is really bad.....
My son is a huge John Cena fan, so I was forced to take him to see the movie. The "war" scene (about the first 5 minutes) was lame...Cena rescues some Marines held captive, and then is thrown out of the Marine Corp for attacking before he was supposed to. Huh?

The rest of the movie was just him trying to fit in society, find a job...oh right, and save his wife. There was no mention of the war at all after the first five minutes. It will remind of you the old TV show THE A-TEAM. You know, 10,000 rounds of ammo shot, and nobody gets hit. LOL

The movie is kind of dumb, and the funny thing is that Cena isn't the worst part of it. The acting, the script...everything.

I don't know if Cena supports the war or not, I know he goes to Iraq a few times a year to entertain the troops. Is that supporting the war?...or Supporting the troops? Doesn't matter.

Anyway, don't go see the movie because it is a horrible movie, not because of the politics.

5. John Cena who?
Never heard of the guy. What, is he a former football player turned "actor?"
