Nelson (D-NE) staffer says Senator has nothing to worry about
because Nebraska is just as conservative as Utah (guess he has caller ID) when confronted that the Repukes will turn on him come election time, rest assured. I want to know where is this senator's outrage about the tactics to get Alito to the committee in the first place and why he isn't indignant over the dismissal, without even a hearing, of the Harriet Myer's nomination.

No responses except, when the Senator has made up his mind, nothing we can say will change it...
