to shut it off..

my husband played in the major leagues for 17 years, and was a major league manager..

my son played in the minor leagues with the phillies and knew Cory when he was with the phillies and i found what Tweety said extremely offensive and i will be writing he and NBC to complain about extensively about that sob!

My husband is right now in Mets stadium doing broadcasting for xm radio..and he said the atmosphere is very somber..
My husband has been doing interviews for a couple hours now with radio companies and tv all over the nation..i can not even imagine someone as classless and disgusting as tweety was with his speculation and his unprofessional behavior at a time of such tragedy.

I send my kindest condolences to the Lidel family and all those who have lost their loved ones today.

They need something to SPIN, and the story of an accidental crash into a building because of plane troubles, just doesn't do it.

So, since they can't continue with the terrorism angle, although I wouldn't put it past them.....this is the next best thing to go with.

And they NEED to cover this story, because.....well, it's of VITAL NEWS INTEREST to the country. BULLSHIT!!
