9. That big hump on his back at the debates

with wires extending from it wasn't a portable boombox feeding him the top 20.

There is a video of CNN's John King filing a report from France a few years ago in which the voice feeding chimpy his lines can clearly be heard. The idiot couldn't function without his electronic prompter. It's always funny when the voice feeds him a word he doesn't understand and he butchers it, apparently like "intransigence" today.
