one military expert said something about if it was ours and therefore presumably designed and constructed in a relatively safe way, it must have been a huge attack. There were soldiers stationed there and/or near by. Could be they are waiting to break the bad news???? or was it just a bunch of store ammo? no big deal just another billion dollars or so up in smoke?
