4. KO just went through the Bill of Rights
the only one he didn't X out (as a result of Bushco's actions) was the third the one that says we can't be forced to house soldiers (so then he crossed out the "s" on "Rights"- ). But then he crossed that out because Bush could take care of that with a signing statement.

5. They can billet soldiers in people's homes (but not rich people's
homes.) KO says this is the one provision of the Bill of Rights that still stands.

6. Well it looks like KO just answered my question,
except I'm not sure I agree, didn't the USSC just a few years ago say that if bush can get more tax dollars by quatering Blackwater goons on our property than we gotta leave?
