2. I'm with you. Force the nuclear option. Until they actually
make good on the threat we can't act to reverse it. I think the Repugs are scared to use it because they KNOW it will be an all out fight once that happens. Some people MIGHT even wake UP.

4. Politically it's pretty obviously not a good idea to buck the opinion poll
in a show of disgust with Alito when the tide is against you. The Republicans played the sympathy card and now it looks like they are going to get their way.
