2. Polls are out, GOP is trailing by 20%, it's not going to help the GOP
that North Korea got nuclear weapons on their watch. And unlike Iraq they can't honestly go around claiming that they're going to be "tough on Korea" because we know they're not going to invade or launch military attacks.

Diplomacy is what will happen, and nothing will be accomplished within the next month, for certain. That means the political environment will be more tense, perhaps drawing more conservatives to the polls who might have been turned off, but independents and moderates will stay with the Dems, who will have a higher overall turnout.

Not much of an effect.

3. That's a funny poll, especially the 2nd to last option
Personally, I think Shit-for-brains would be more likely to attack Iran. After all, you can't run an SUV on spicy cabbage. :shrug:
