So, one administration followed the law in 1993 in the Aldrich Ames case and nailed a spy who had been hurting the country for years under Republican presidents. You assert that that is equal to another administration breaking the law in 2002 and for years afterward in a pattern and practice of domestic spying the dimensions of which have yet to be fully revealed? I don't follow your logic that they're "the same."
