I googled "American Family" and then "America family values" and the results were very revealing.

As I expected, it's clear that the RWingnuts think they have a corner on the market of "traditional" (read "Christian") family values. But thank goodness there are plenty of other resources out there now that people find when they go searching for family values on the internets -- including some good info for dealing with CULTS.

I think it's simply JUSTICE that the Religious Right's longstanding claims to be the (Republican) party's primary voice on what our "values" should be is coming back to haunt them with all the scandals coming to light.

One begins to wonder just which "family values" these kooks and hypocrites are REALLY touting, eh?..........

One thing about it: When you preach "family values" all the time and mean by that the fundamentalist xtian "values" that are strict and judgmental, then you gotta live up to every word you say or else you ARE a hypocrite.

I have a good friend who's a xtian and every once in awhile she forwards to me an email she gets from one of those "Family Associations" -- I think the biggest one, can't remember the name of it now. Their letters to their "faithful" are filled with hate-speech and all manner of guidance to despising, condemning, and punishing all of humanity as well as their own "families."

When will people get wise to their CODE speech about family values, anyway?...............
