The Democratic Party needs to include FDR clips in their ads
Edited on Fri Sep-29-06 12:43 PM by malaise
Remind America that Bush attacking Dems and calling FDR's and Truman's names only exposes Bushco. Tom Hartmann is having a ball playing FDR and Truman quotes. Wake up Democrats. Hit back with quotes.

Edit - add.

6. it's funny how GOP co-opts JFK, MLK, and the other day even RFK
After Clinton dies in 2052 or whenever, they will start to say he agreed with them to.

Hell, they'll say Michael Moore, Malcolm X, and Mumia were Republicans too.

9. Reminds me of a skit for "Gandhi II": he's back and this time...
he's kicking ass and taking names!"

5. The other day I heard some RW mouth saying that the party
of Roosevelt and Truman was abandoning its principles by advocating cut and run.

He should be reminded just what those principles are - if we had a FDR today he would devastate the repubs.

7. I think those guys were making the same deal with devil LBJ did
"I'll give you your war if you give me..."

It worked for them, but LBJ got the short end of the stick.
