can he be held as an enemy combatant?

can he be tortured for his betrayal to our constitutional democracy?

BUSH: ENEMY COMBATANT #1. AMERICA NEEDS TO CAPTURE HIM. AMERICA NEEDS TO GULAG HIM. AMERICA NEEDS TO APPLY TO HIM THAT WHICH HE HAS SO SADISTICALLY MADE A LAW TO APPLY TO OTHERS.

bush TOOK A SOLEMN OATH on the 'bible' he claims to revere, and before the American people to:

"Preserve..... Protect.... and Defend.... the Constitution of the United States of America- "

He's done exactly the opposite. And we, the American people are witnesses, and victims of this reality, not to mention the thousands upon thousands dead and suffering in other countries....

There is no justice- no TRUE justice left in this world.
