Bush's Dictatorship is Official

What started with a media backed coup in 2000, which turned to War Powers, him being able to use Signing Statements, and has ended with Bush being able to INTERPRET the law.

This is unprecedented, Bush has power over the other two branches of government with the record number of signing statements he has used and his new ability to interpret what things mean. Our nation has sounded it's last death rattle tonight. But, let's not tear at each other's throats tonight, we have to band together, everyone in the Liberal and Progressive movements. Bush is going to make it a rough couple of years coming up, we have to be able to push back against his administration and cronies.

1. He can't interpret the laws

He just thinks he can. The COURTS interpret the law, and they'll interpret this law as the unconstitutional monstrosity it is. It's not over yet.

4. I agree, SCOTUS has the last say...

and it's hard to fathom that they would back this after ruling against torture earlier...
