American troops killed eight people — four of them women
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15034566/

BAGHDAD, Iraq - American troops killed eight people — four of them women — after taking heavy fire during a raid Wednesday on a suspected terrorist’s house northeast of Baghdad, the U.S. command said.

But relatives of the dead disputed the U.S. account, saying their family had nothing to do with any terrorist group.

Outside the pockmarked house, which relatives said belonged to Mohammed Jassim, bullet casings littered the ground and blood stained the sand. Family members cried and consoled one another as the bodies of the women were taken away.

“This is an ugly criminal act by the U.S. soldiers against Iraqi citizens,” Manal Jassim, who lost her parents and other relatives in the attack, told Associated Press Television News.

5. RNEPs will change that equation
:nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke:

Bushler&Co. have been making RNEPs (Robust Nuclear Earth Penetrators), and I expect they will be used in the near future.

6. The whole thing is just getting so bad. What are we doing?
What a place to try and live in.I feel so bad for those people. It almost is a sure thing they were better under the madman Saddam. We seem to have our own madman Bush doing as much harm to those people as he did but even under Saddam they could go to school and walk on the streets with our getting killed. We got what was voted in, a man who did not have the education to be President. He does not seem to have a clue. I hope the far right, who think this man is next to God, is happy. I am not sure we will ever live him down. I am sure he will be more then a line in our history. It will also get his father history messed up as he will over power his fathers history with the mess he has made. Our place in the world I think was coming down as other countries were moving up but I think Bush has really made it speed up in the come down. Shocking the world with our power just did not do it. We look weaker then ever.
