Need Malloy answer to "Why Dems don't have Iraq plan?"

A normally sane columnist for the Phila Inquirer took Dems to task today for not having a good plan for Iraq.

I want to send him Mike Malloy's great analogy about lending your car to your friend, the friend puts a monkey behind the wheel, the monkey destroys things, then the friend turns to you, angrily, and demands "so what's your plan?"

Am looking for the exact quote. Unfortunately, as we all know, searching on "monkey" here on DU turns up more results than searching on "Bush" or "W".
