Hugo Chavez to speak at the UN at 11:30 am (Eastern)
It seems like the scheduled speech times can vary a little, but this is approximately when it should be.

I'll probably have to catch it on a replay, but wanted to post this for any of you who are interested.

Just a heads up and FYI.

6. I am very interested to hear what he says. I'm a bit concerned
about what occured at the Non-Alignment Movement meeting last week. There were alot of our "enemies" at that meeting and Ahmedinejad mentioned replacing the US with a Non-Aligned representative on the Security Council last night and I'm just wondering what else they discussed.

Could they form an alliance that is specifically opposed to the US and, if so, what could it mean?
