David Obey (D-WI) is *Pissed* -- again.

Boy, I wouldn't want him pissed at me. This guy really rocks. Wisconsins ought to be very proud of him.

About Majority leader Boehner's comments yesterday Obey stood in front of the microphone, seething with anger, and said:

I come from the state of Joe McCarthy. I know a first-rate McCarthy when I see one. And I also know a third-rate McCarthy when I see one. We saw one yesterday.
