10. takeover then, is in order, by unions or Democratic Party
Edited on Wed Sep-13-06 04:45 PM by oscar111
if they .. AAR.. go BK, why not urge unions or the Dem Party, to step up and take over the network? Both unions and Dem Party need something like AAR to do well. A party without a voice is doomed, someone said. True.

Other candidates for bailout/takeover: moveon.org, ben and jerry's political site.. truemajoity.org... and the union IBEW, which bought a station in Anchorage.. or the union UAW, which once had a network called ieAmerica.. the worst name i have seen for anything in a while. ie? what that mean?

13. A union can do it. Chicago had a station VOICE OF LABOR for 40 yrs
about 'thirty five to about 'seventy seven.

I read that the UAW group was just inept in running things... a new crew , even from the same union, might do much better.

12. Lots of businesses "restructure" ... but when it's a business, Repukes
think it's great ... layoffs of "financial draining" employees and cutting pensions ... you know,
