Bob Casey on NBC Meet the Press: Cheney/Halliburto OPPOSED Iran Sanctions.
This should be shouted far and wide to expose the hypocrisy of this Administration.

Yo Mainstream Media: CHENEY WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH A ROGUE NATION FOR YEARS. I believe doing business with the enemy is....ILLEGAL. Cheney fought any sanctions against Iran so that Halliburton could do business in Iran. I bet this is why Iran feels it has the U.S. by the BALLS.

Questions persist about Vice-President Cheney’s role in the ongoing investigation and scandal swirling about the White House. His chief of staff and confidante Lewis “Scooter” Libby has been indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice. Let’s take a look at some personal incentives for Cheney’s selling war to our country.

Cheney has pursued a political and corporate career to make himself very rich and powerful. He is the personification of a war profiteer who slid through the revolving door connecting the public and private sectors of the defense establishment on two occasions in a career that has served his relentless quest for power and profits....With Iran’s president vowing to destroy Israel and being accused by the Bush administration of harboring and aiding al-Qaeda operatives, Cheney’s company is doing business with Iran through a subsidiary and dodging its tax obligations to the U.S.

4. If Iran thinks they can blackmail Cheney,
they're delusionally optimistic about the willingness of the American press to carry stories the Administration wants buried. Iran can report whatever they want, provide whatever level of proof they want. They can have pictures of Cheney fellating the Ayatolla (or vice-versa), copies of contracts, or whatever else you might imagine, and it ain't goin' nowhere. America is more insular than New Guinea in terms of unwanted information getting in from the outside.

6. "God didn't always choose to put oil in the ground in democracies..."
That was his argumnent defending Halliburton's dealings with dubious regimes when he was runningthe country.
