15. I've been working on a LTTE for a couple days. I'm trying to get it

all worked out in my head and on paper, but it's gonna be rather critical of the repugs, and reminding people that it's the repugs who are keeping them down by not raising the minimum wage and trying to cut back social services. The 2 main cities that this paper covers has a lot... and I mean a LOT, of working poor, low wage earners and people on welfare and food stamps.

I know two things that I'm gonna work into the letter are:
1) When you use your food stamps, thank a Democrat that you have them, &
2) When you cash your Social Security check, Thank a Democrat because you get it.

Would that be incorrect, or too brash?

that need to be reminded that this administration could care less about them and basically considers them cannon fodder. I never understood the mindset of the conservative poor, they still believe in the trickle down theory, they still believe that if you make the rich richer they will allow some of that money to "trickle down". :shrug:

I choose to believe these panels before I'd even contemplate the NOTION of believing this misadministration. Who told us Bin Laden did it? I believe that came from the bushcheney organization, didn't it?

Armed Madhouse. He goes into detail what Bin Ladens goals were and how he achieved them. The goal was to remove U.S. troops from "the holy land", Saudi Arabia. And what do you know the Bush administration gladly appeased them. The 9/11 attack was not about "hating our freedom" it was about U.S. interests in oil rich nations. If you want to find out for yourself just go to Al-Qaeda's website, their mission statement is pretty plain to see. Bin Laden is not going to attack us again, because Bush gave him what he wanted then put whipped cream and a cherry on it with his invasion of Iraq.

Just curious...because as far as I can recall, the liar in chief is the one who told us so (over and over and over again...remember, repeat a lie often enough, and it soon becomes the truth)...when I consider everything else that's happened since then...I'm not exactly sure I'd believe anything he's told us, and take it as the gospel truth...which means I don't believe this story either...
google Operation Northwoods...and if we are attacked again...it will NOT be by BinLaden.....

Whether or not OBL is planning another attack, we're not ready. Our military is stretched thin, the govt seems more worried about illegal immigrants crossing the border than they do terrorists, and the FBI is apparently using an elementary school computer teacher to run their IT department.

I think we're actually LESS prepared now than we were before 9/11, what with all the high-risk "targets" we're protecting in Indiana, Minnesota, and Wyoming.

I also think that he has followers in many places planning attacks as well. How realistic are these plans? Who would have thought that 19 guys with box cutters could have caused such devastation? What has Bush done to protect us? Not nearly enough. Has anyone else noticed that the kind of government response needed to respond to a natural disaster such as a hurricane or flu epidemic might also be useful in the event of an attack with a dirty bomb or bio-weapon?

He's pretty straightfoward about it. He started bombing us because of involvement with Israel's military campaigns in Palestine and will keep it up because we're in Afghanistan.
