I'm tired of being told that Dems are weak on defense because we
don't like being wire tapped and having free speech zones.

Fuck that.

We are strong on LIBERTY and FREEDOM. Without those who needs to be defended and from what?

2. The chickenhawks should talk.
If they're ever strong on defense, it's only when they can send someone else to do their dirtywork.

3. And THAT is the point the Dems should be making ...
... that if we no longer have our freedoms, just WHAT are we defending?

In addition, Dems should be pointing to these facts:

You DON'T defend your country by sending the military into harm's way WITHOUT a clear-cut plan, and an exit strategy.

You DON'T defend your country by sending troops into battle without sufficient body armour and other necesary equipment.

You DON'T defend your country by keeping a four-year-old with a Muslim name off an airplane, while you load the cargo hold with UNINSPECTED merchandise.

You DON'T defend your country by handing billions of dollars over in no-bid contracts, and then not monitoring WHERE that money is being spent, and whether there is a more cost-effective way to spend it.

The list goes on and on ...

THIS ADMINISTRATION HAS FAILED THAT LAST YOUNG SOLDIER, SAILOR, MARINE, COASTIE AND AIRMAN IN THE LAST RANK.
