SERIOUS ? What will * have to do to force Google & others to release info?
Since there is a constitutional right to privacy, reinforced by legal guarantees to users by these corporations, I don't see how he can do it except by declaring martial law. Or, if Alito is confirmed, perhaps the Supreme InJustices will make yet another deal with the devil and defy our Founding Fathers will.

It will be easier for them to steal the wanted information than to ask for it. Its not like Google's data center is Fort Knox...
Oh, and I didn't mean to imply "remote" access... I was talking about local, on-site, type of access....

Beyond that, if Google says "no" (which they did), they will simply use their ISP links to collect the same data over time...ala the NSA comm tap biz that we all have been discussing for weeks.

If they joined the fight for freedom - EVERYONE and their dog uses google. Can you imagine having the stories MSM is burying on Goog?
