Fitzgerald? Any news? I haven't heard anything for a long time. Has anyone else?

2. A couple of motions pending
to be decided in the next six weeks or so.

- motion to drop the case entirely
- motion to force cheney and libby to testify under oath. The gop made this bed their lying in after forcing Clinton to testify. A catch-22 if you will. To get out of testifying, (it is my understanding), the two knuckleheads will have to say that they passed on Plames name as part of government business.

The wheels of justice turn oh so slowly.
