Saying that they sent a letter to Sensenbrenner (SP?) with a request to hold hearings...but the leadership has been "AWOL".

Criticizing Bush's claim that he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants.

9. It was a great hearing and it pointed out the gravity of the situation

we find ourselves in. Bush is in open rebellion against the Constitution and the people of the United States, is what this amounts to! Even the GOPer witness said Bush's position on the spying on American citizens is in no way legal.

I thought the civil war part II would start over the stolen election in Ohio in 2004, but I believe we are standing on the brink now, for real. No wonder Bush wanted an Osama tape to show up ASAP.
