We are are currently @ a pace to break our previous volume records by 15%... Is this a reaction to the UBL tape, Ford announcing layoffs, or something else?

Assuming sanctions are on the way, which they probably are. Wouldn't be surprised if they turn off the taps for the West, too.

4. Stupidhead was speechifying on the economy today
Telling everyone how wonderful things are, and how in no time at all, he's going to have this deficit problem he created licked once and for all.

I suppose that could set off a selling panic.

33. "this deficit problem he created" ...
He didn't create it - he just revived it. The Creator of Debt was actually St. Ronald of Reagan. Dim Son is trying to glom his aura from both Ronnie and Tricky Dick. I hope he doesn't stop...

the "Prudent Investor" and other Market Watchers have been predicting just what you say for awhile. They've been flummoxed as to why it hasn't occured sooner, also.

Some say we have another two years of BushCo. "pumping the market" and then the bottom falls out. I think the "honest" market watchers didn't get that the Bushies have been "manipulating the market" just like they've been manipulating Americans. Their "roots grow in clusters..." blah blah...

business in "GE Capitol Credit" and "Airline Engines" seems to have taken a bigger hit than what they have been doing for the Military.

Makes it hard to understand why they've cracked the whip on MSNBC,NBC doesn't it.

I can't figure it out... Their stock has done nothing under Bush yet they stack their Cable with Right Wingers. Maybe they are "ever hopeful" or the BushCo. has something they are holding over them that we don't know about. :

Be careful. If you're day trading keep a close eye on your positions and don't let them ride overnight until the 'weather' clears.

Then, have your orders in on the stocks you want to get on SALE! yeah baby!
