So McCain is allowed by R leadership to trot out yet another one of his
"reform" bills. The discussion of the bill drowns out the Ds discussion of corruption and hijacks the issue of government reform for the Rs. Am I reading this Kabuki correctly? Oh, and (I forgot) McCain gets to set himself up for 08 as saviour, just like * did in 00 & 04.
