5. It's perhaps not so funny. This will be the approach

they use to try to keep the congress this year. Support for the war has been flagging and * is becoming a lame duck and shunned by some in his party. The R party is in shambles due to multiple scandals. The only tactic they can use is the Rovian smear. They will have candidates on our side run against terror. They will equate any dissenters with an enemy, real or imagined. If it were simply a matter of PR, I would not be concerned. This type of talk will provide an incentive for those who further wish to strip civil liberties, and the periodic visit by our own version of the SS may turn in to arrest for voicing dissent. We need to cut this off before it goes further. Shut them up.

14. Start with CSPAN. I haven't heard one caller this morning

call people on that crap. When our pols are on programs they need to call them on that crap. This is what a rapid response team does.
