looks like the "new" Bin-Laden tape is going to bump a few stories off the front page
but - maybe not all - the Wire-tapping story may still garner a few articles above the fold, if as I suspect, the bushies "re-define" their justifications?
my 2-cents: Bin-Laden says he is going to attack US. Previously, the bushies have complained that getting warrants to eaves-drop takes to long and that may delay getting information they need to prevent an attack.
So, what better justification to continue warrantless wire-tapping (or even expand those powers) than having the "Great BOOGIEMAN" (Bin-Laden) threaten another attack?
meanwhile - Bin-Laden's tape does bump those pesky questions about Abramoff-Bush* connections off the funny papers
