Per CNN. All three countries agree on the timeline. Keep that in your pocket and pull it out in the event you hear anyone saying we have to bomb them NOW.

1. Hey, Condi is pressuring the Security Council........
to act NOW! The only time this administration is in a hurry is when they want a tax cut or a war. Anything else.......

i suspect iran has as well it just isn't that hard, at least not the old-time atomic bombs that were good enough for hiroshima and nagasaki

We helped Israel get nukes, under the covers and now want to get our imperial panties all wadded up that Iran wants a level playing field. Not to mention that we turn around and try to play the "fair broker" in mediating peace between Israel and it's Arab neighbors whenever this role suits our purposes.

12. Successfully invading Iran without a draft is impossible
We don't have the manpower and if I'm reading the tea leaves correctly, we may not have the equipment either. Search around for a marine pilot's story about why he isn't re-enlisting. It was referenced here in the last couple of weeks.

6. I distinctly remember the Chimp making similar claims about Iraq
Edited on Thu Jan-19-06 03:37 PM by jpak
Quote..... "The IEahOUA (IAEA) sez I-raq is 6 months away from a nucular bomb". This video clip was looped 24/7 on FAUX and CNN in the run-up to the Great Patriotic War. But alas it was false - the IAEA made no such claim in its entire history. No matter how hard they spun it - it was a fucking baldfaced lie. Please color me skeptical regarding claims of Iran's eminent admission to the Nucular Club.

"Iraq has been 6 months away from having nuclear weapons for about 10 years now." It's true- papa Bush said it and so did junior! PB
