Is there one talking head

who asks a question and allows others to fully provide an answer?

Roula Talj was interrupted constantly until just now at the end of her segment on The Situation Room.

Every time I watch interviews, no one ever gets the opportunity to answer a question fully. If they use more than five words in their response, they are cut off while the talking head talks for another seemingly ten minutes before asking another question.

It really, really drives me nuts.
