Five thousand Egyptians protest US, Israel at Cairo mosque

CAIRO - Around 5,000 Egyptians demonstrated in solidarity with Lebanon and the Gaza Strip and against the United States and Israel at Cairo’s al-Azhar Mosque following the conclusion of Friday noontime prayers.


This demonstration was organized by the Labour Party, the Muslim Brotherhood and a broad spectrum of other political opposition movements.

The protestors chanted slogans in support of Lebanon’s radical Hezbollah militia and its leader Hassan Nasrallah as they waved Lebanese, Hezbollah and Palestinian flags.

The demonstrators also chanted slogans demanding an immediate Israeli ceasefire, while denouncing “Israel’s targeting of civilians, women, children, and the elderly” as well as “the destruction of civilian infrastructures” in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

I'd like to kiss the feet of the mideastern leaders who have shown so much control SO FAR in the face of the rotten insults, disrespect and hateful bigotry toward them... but I can't say I expect them to let the 3 little PIGS: Olmert, Bush & Blair continue much longer. It really scares me. Anyone with the capability of 'putting themselves in the other fellows shoes' HAS to expect that eventually the entire Muslim world-congregation will rise up and crush the cockroaches in Israel and of course, that will give dumbassbush the opportunity he's dreamed of since his days of blowing up frogs.
