A Rapture... and if we could get an equivalent in Islamic terms... And one for obnoxious people in general regardless of beliefs... ahhh (sigh).

If only we could get some dieties out there to 'disappear' about 3/4 or more of the more annoying people. Unproductive, violent, criminal, uneducated, environmentally destructructive, ethically/morally depraved or irresponsible or undesirable... hmmm.

Oh well. No such luck. Now what? Wait for wars, famine, disease, pandemics, economic collapse, energy shortages, religious conflicts, terrorism, oppression, genocide, global warming, environmental degradation, overpopulation or other or some combination over decades and centuries. What a wonderful future most of mankind faces.

Too bad there won't be a great many differerent rapture ruptures.
