7. THat's the best one
On what basis would he say such a thing? No basis at all. Not one survivor of the bombing has said anything of the kind. If they were "forced" to stay in Qana, it was, ironically enough, by the Israelis themselves, who made the roads unsafe for anyone to travel on.

But here's the point: that he would resort to such an obvious lie should make one wonder about all the other statements he is making. Which are lies, and which not?

5. Danny Boy just said he "wouldn't be surprised"
if Hezbollah had forced the civilians to stay in Qana in order to use them as human shields. That this doesn't mesh with any statement by any of the survivors should tell you all you need to know about Danny Boy's statements (ie., that they are outright lies for the most part).

By the way, since when did "leafletting" an area in advance of a vicious attack absolve you of responsibility for the attack?

8. (second time for this)
Israel got away with killing over 100 civilians in Qana in 1996; I pray they won't get away with it again.

I was up at 4 when they were announcing this bombing on TV and before the media had a chance to spin their story the way Israel wanted it. They said that the building that was bombed was the central shelter for the women and children who couldn't get out of Qana. Many can't evacuate because there is no gasoline for the few cars and Israelis are bombing cars on the way out of town. Basically they trapped them there and then killed them.

I also heard that Israel admitted they were aiming at a building 30 metres away.

I am so angry I cannot see straight.

6. Look it's the final solution for Hezbollah. Hezbollah lives among them
so obviously all southern Lebanese are supportive of them and must suffer collective punishment.

The Israeli's are currently working the solution they learned at the hands of the Nazi's in the Warsaw Ghetto and George Bush concurs with Cheney on it's use.

The NeoCons are salivating...if only Israel can draw in Syria...

10. IIRC, Syria has a mutual defense pact with Iran.
Drawing in Syria is the key to "legitimizing" pre-emptive attacks on Iran and it seems Cheney and his cabal are just dying to do that.

this attack was made by the IDF on that civilian 4 story building in Qana, anyway this corrupt government of ours to promote their continuing death and destruction agenda while pledging allegiance to this massive war crime being committed by Israel. And with no ceasefire being even considered by our sick insane government. I do not know what to say anymore, this is just sickening we are witnessing a massive WAR CRIME on civilians.
