He deserves no special treatment at all.

9. Gitmo--under Iraqi guard. After all, it's in the Caribbean, as
Darth Cheney said, so what's not to like? The Iraqis can shower him with flowers, right after they finish the statue of GWB in the grand square. I'm sure they would love the opportunity to thank Chimpy, the humanitarian, for bringing freedom and democracy to their people.

27. the problem is that it was demolished under the Revolution
but there is still a landmark on a square. A solution is to put him there in a cage and American turists could come and taunt him.

21. How about this
We build an open cell like in X-Men. Place it in a prominent location in the foyer of the White House and make it open to visitors daily. We could have tours and keep him on display forever. Nah, that would defile it even more than he's defiled it already.

28. Gruinard Island, just off the Scottish north west coast
http://www.banthebomb.org/militaryscotland/23.html

Contaminated with anthrax during British tests in WW2, it was cleaned up in the 1980s by a team including Dr. David Kelly. While nominally safe now, no-one lives there. The ironies are just too much to resist.
