1. I didn't know DU agreed on everything enough
to have a person who represents us.

I am the only person who represents me.

7. And Howard Dean
I wish I could add some women to the list, but lately they've been sending out such mixed signals, that I am leery of even thinking about it.

2. Paul Sarbanes and Barbara Mikulski do a fine job for MD Dems
Of course, "Us" is a pretty wide swath of folks......

I think Kucinich walks the walk

Carl Levin always strikes me as honorably representing actual people.....

Barbara Boxer and Barney Frank also have my respect

I'm also impressed with John Spitzer from New York

11. Ted Kennedy is now and has always been an amazing Senator
for ALL the people of Massachusetts.

John Conyers and MOST of the CBC are incredible in their courage. Bobby Kennedy, Jr., is doing one of the most important jobs for this Party at the present moment. Aside from her blind-spot where Lieberman is concerned, Barbara Boxer is great. Ditto Russ Feingold most of the time. Jimmy Carter does us proud by working for peace and trying to keep the U.S. honest on the world stage. Wes Clark has spent an enormous amount of time and effort to speak out for all Democrats who are running for office (for better or worse... I don't always agree with who he chooses to support, but at least he's out there giving his all.) Al Gore for his gutsy speeches and his positions on the environment.

There are many.

12. My Senators and Rep
represent me- at least most of the time. (Leahy, Jefford, Sanders) and Peter Welsh will too, if he's elected to replace Bernie.

16. Yea
Kucinich, Dean, Waxman, Wellstone (did), and probably a few others.

We don't really have a very large political spectrum, but two far right parties.

Two others who represent us are Nader, and definitely Bernie Sanders to the max.
