We can't blame anyone or anything for this- it's not like 'an act of god' a 'natural disaster'- we're doing thiss to EACH OTHER.... my god, what kind of animals are we????? when you stop and think about it.... WE HAVE THE POWER to do incredible GOOD for humanity- and for the planet as a whole, and where do we put our priorities????
sex, drugs, money, things, more things, even more things, self, big houses, big cars, too much food, too much of everything except compassion....empathy..... community.... concern for the common good.... plans for everyones future...

i'm getting more and more weary.... and sad....

why can't we let ourselves embrace life fully, and unafraid of what that might really mean??? why does peace and contentment scare people so?????
