15. I agree- it's strange.

One guess would be that half or more of the people selecting "favor" in the first question think the investigation will be into the unauthorized wiretapping rather than the leaking of the fact that it was occurring.

16. I fell for it. After a second read it appears DOJ is concerned about

how NYT got the info, not the actual wiretaps.
