2. So we should spend more on defence?

Think we should dedicate 110% of our budget to defense? Maybe if we had enough aircraft carriers so that we could walk across them to Cuba, that would be enough? A) A toriest conservative would be one who believes power should only be in the hands of the societal elite ie George H.W. Bush as opposed to entrepreneurial conservatives who believe cream rises to the top and even a man born of low status can achieve greatness through hardwork and perseverience ie Reagan/Goldwater. The dynamic part should have had a coma ie "we're facing a new dynamic,"
