I missed a part of the DiFi part, but Gonzo admitted/implied that W doesn' have war powers....grilling of Gonzo is very good...

She got Gonzo to admit that Chimp does *NOT* have "war powers".

DiFi, who often drives me crazy with her caving in on issues, did something amazing today. Now, if she'd only follow through on this, we'd all be better off.

Playing "Gonzo Gotcha" without any formal investigation on the possibly illegal Executive power grab, is useless. It's great that DiFi did what she did today, but I can't see her supporting formal investigations.
