Yes, according to Newt Gingrich. He actually said/admitted that if we
get involved in this war the people will feel threatened and scared and when they're scared...they will vote Republican. I can't believe he actually said that! The thoughts of that happening in Nov.'06 scares the sh** out of me. I wouldn't put it past them/Rove to deliberately not try to have a peace agreement. So far...that seems to be his objective...do nothing.
