FIRST RFK JR. VOTING MACHINE WHISTLEBLOWER LAWSUIT FILED IN FEDERAL COURT!
FIRST RFK JR. VOTING MACHINE WHISTLEBLOWER LAWSUIT NOW FILED IN FEDERAL COURT! NEW DETAILS!
Attorney Papantonio on Mike Malloy Show: 'We're gonna shut down some of these companies'!

Excoriates 'Indolent Democrats' and 'Lazy Media' for Not Taking Action; Lauds BRAD BLOG for Putting Issue on 'Radar Screen'…

The first of several federal whistleblower qui tam (fraud) suits have now been filed against one of America's major electronic voting machine companies, The BRAD BLOG can now report.

Florida attorney Mike Papantonio who, along with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. hosts Ring of Fire, weekends on Air America Radio, was a guest on Mike Malloy's radio program last night (complete audio linked at the URL below.) He discussed the upcoming whistleblower suits that he and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are filing against several of the voting machine companies. Pap was loaded for bear.

During the interview, he gave several new details on the federal fraud suits now being filed, which include several whistleblower plaintiffs whose stories were originally reported here at The BRAD BLOG, as mentioned last week in a quick item here with some fresh details of our own. Pap reported last night that the "dream team of lawyers" they've assembled to take on these evil, irresponsible, anti-American companies includes a bunch of those who took on the tobacco companies in a successful quarter billion dollar suit — so they're not likely easily intimidated we'd think.

Papantonio is a senior partner at Levin Papantonio Thomas Mitchell Echsner & Proctor, P.A., a Pensacola lawfirm. RFK Jr. is also an "of counsel" member of the firm.

Speaking of the level of fraud to be revealed by the suits, which must be sealed by law for 60 days as the Attorney General decides if they will join the complaint, Papantonio told Malloy: "When you hear the details, when you hear the caliber of the fraud…you…it'll make Americans feel like their living in a damned banana republic, a third world country. I have never heard such outrageous facts."

"And you know what?," he continued, "We've had our investigators look at it. We verified everything. And when you hear it, you're gonna say, 'Not in America.' …Bad news is: Yeah, it is in America."

The fraud suits, Papantonio said, are "a way to get at their money, and that's the only thing these people understand."

"At the end of the day, we're gonna shut down some of these companies," Papantonio said. "Some day these hacks are gonna be across the table from me, and they're gonna have to answer the questions that nobody else has been able to ask them."

Pap excoriated the DNC, "the indolent Democrats and the lazy media," for not participating in any of this and decried the fact that he and RFK Jr. were essentially forced to take action on their own given the Dems failure to do anything.

He also spoke of the voting machine "sleepovers" about which we've been reporting here in detail of late. As well, he had several kind words for this website and several other election integrity groups. "Unless you had these organizations out there like Black Box Voting or BRAD BLOG, people like that paying attention to this, this wouldn't even be on the radar screen," he said...

6. What pisses me off is that the DNC was largely sitting on its ass
Only a few Democrats broke loose and took their own initiative on this problem, but that's it. I want these vote machine guys run out of town, but I also want to hear answers as to why the Democratic leadership was so fucking weak when it comes to standing up for the fucking voters of this country.

9. POLITICIANS DON'T REALLY CARE WHO WINS
That's the dirty little secret no one talks about..

They "play" with other people's money

An incumbent "loses"?..nothing changes for them or their families.. their pension is secure, they get a raise by going to work for a lobbyist, or get appointed to boards of directors for more than their previous salaries

They run again, and having made no "enemies", they tap the money keg again and again

Politicians (most of them..both parties) do NOT want to make waves.. they always want to occupy the "middle ground"...never making any one group mad..

the only STAND that most of them are comfortable in taking, is the place in the money line where they are happy to stand.

12. Then maybe we need to put a little more fear into politicians to do...
their work.

Maybe if we added in provisions into the Constitution that allowed citizens to call for referenda to challenge legislative action or even--gasp--recall legislators, we'd get them off their fat asses more often to work, and if they don't want to do work, then maybe we can bypass them altogether through introducing intiatives like one that says they can't raise their own wages unless they raise the minimum wage by the same percentage.

I mean a lot of the info has been previously disclosed I'm sure, but the details from the whistleblowers may not have been...
Do you think this will be:
1)Too late to help our chances in the November election;
2)Perfect timing to help us;
3)ignored completely by the MSM;
some combination of the above?

Three cheers for all involved, yet my optimism is extremely guarded...

24. All I could find on the DNC site was this:
on voting:

GOP Divided On Protecting The Right to Vote

In an intensely competitive election year, this was supposed to be the issue virtually everyone in Congress could agree on: renewing civil rights-era laws protecting minorities' access to the ballot box. A group of increasingly vocal Capitol Hill conservatives is staging a revolt - arguing that certain provisions of the law are out of sync with party principles.

35. You hear this sentiment on AAR, read it on the blogs and in casual
conversations with friends, colleagues and family. I haave to think donations are down over this issue and I personally know many who are not willing to work for the Dems until they stand up for their voters and address this issue. We can't count on the party, we can't count on the fourth estate to do their job so it is up to all of us to get the word out and put pressure on them to act.

In Ohio we have this repressive HB 3 bill that was enacted in January by the GOP state legilature that will among many suppressive things, will demand photo IDs to vote. They must be state issued so military IDs and college IDs won't count. This modern day poll tax not only places a financial burden on low income, elderly and college voters, but it will cause another round of long lines when enforced this November. I have yet to hear from the DEM party to push BOEs to issue thiese IDS free of charge to all voters. Why aren't they protecting their base? The same voters who were disenfranchised in '04, will be delivered another blow and the silence from the Dems is deafening.

47. I don't want to work for the Dems because of this.
I was making phone calls before the 2004 election in Indiana. One of the people I called was going on and on about Black Box Voting. I hung up and the campaign manager almost laughed at him (and me.) Every time I brought it up it was as if I was talking about Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. She clearly thought I was nuts. Really made me angry.

The way the Dems do nothing - I'm starting to wonder (are they in on it?). But I think someone posted that Kerry said they are afraid to start a bill because the Republicans will just make things worse - and since they control everything they can.

37. Oh yes...yes yes YES. Still looking for a good explanation of why the Dems
backed down on this so thoroughly...
It was SO blatant and SO obvious, especially in 2004...the look on the face of that asshat loser Karen Hughes on Theft Night as she realized that Kerry was REALLY the winner, and you could just SEE the thoughts crossing her tiny mind...wondering if they would really be able to get away with it AGAIN...knowing that Chimpy didn't have the real votes to win and that they must resort to fraud and theft to get/stay in power...

I want to see these shameless liars and killers and thieves PUT AWAY.
And yes, go after the money... it's the only thing that matters to them.
