If he was all nasty right now, the right wing could easily argue, "see, he had an agenda," etc.

I don't know, he's a very smart man.

I don't feel comfortable questioning his judgment concerning this issue and his career.

he doesn't need to worry about burning bridges now. if this latest venture won't go, and it won't, because about 10 people have the capability to watch the HD network, he still has no cares.

let him work as hard as he wants. maybe he can explain why he caved in to the necklacing fears he expressed to Greg Palast in England. why do these rich talking heads tell the truth when they're somewhere else?

if he wanted to get taken off the air by CBS, he could have done a hell of a lot better job of stirring the pot, instead of scurrying off like a frightened little....pug, heh

7. Gee Larry...why does it not occur to you to say to Dan Rather

"You know Dan, I believe you had several witnesses on that 60 Minutes show who verified what was in the document, even if it wasn't a genuine document."......Of course Larry won't say anything like that...and neither has any of the other network so-called journalists. That is the fact that stands out like a sore thumb. Rather had vefification of Bush's AWOL military service WITHOUT using the document. Obviously, they were all told to keep their mouths shut and not say anything to help Dan....Disgusting!
