Well, at least they are charging the others complicit in the crime. Aside from the bigger crime of this illegal war of course.

7. My feelings about "military Justice" are similar to those I feel
towards "compassionate conservatism".

8. CNN: 4 more soldiers charged in Iraq rape-murder case
BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Three U.S. soldiers in Iraq are charged with participation in the "rape and murder of a young Iraqi woman and three members of her family," the U.S. military said Sunday.

The soldiers are "accused of rape and murder," the military said in a news release.

A fourth soldier is accused of dereliction of duty for failing to report the offenses.

All four are charged with conspiring with former Pfc. Steven D. Green to commit the crimes, the military said.

9. why isn't there more outrage?
Despite all the talk about family values, the far-right turns a blind eye to horrors like this. There is no christian justifcation for raping a young girl and killing her -- and her family.
