Does anybody else have trouble with the CSPAN feed of Gore's speech?

Does anybody else have trouble with the CSPAN feed of Gore's speech?
I'm trying to watch it and I keep having trouble with the feed. Does anybody else have problems? I tried to watch Feingold's recent "Road to the White House" (from last night) and it has problems with me too.

5. It will be rerun on C-Span at 8:00 PM EST tonight
If you get C-Span on cable or dish, watch it.

7. I did, but I always do because I have dialup. It depends a lot
on the quality of the connection that I am able to get from my ISP. I usually get a better connection at times that the internet isn't very busy.
