As the blivit said in so many words, he's going to order Congress and that lawyer/moron Gonzales to "craft" a way to get around the ruling. Meanwhile, the prisoners at Gitmo will continue to sit there - in limbo - for another year or two.

In a year or so his butt-boys will come up with another iteration on the tribunals, and THAT plan will have to wend its way through the courts, all the way to the Supremes. That should take another 2 or 3 years while the prisoners, CONVICTED OF NOTHING, will grow old and die.
