"Although the President gives lip service to the immigration issue, he has looked the other way while our border has become Swiss cheese and employers hiring illegal immigrants have gotten a free pass. We need a Senator who will hold the Bush Administration accountable for his failure to prioritize border security and his amnesty for employers who violate the current law with no fear of the consequences." Claire McCaskill

"In the days after 9/11, this nation was united as it was after Pearl Harbor. The world bled for us and stood at our side. Our historic allies offered all possible aid. New allies in Asia and the Middle East emerged, all agreeing to support us in a war on terror. But that has changed. America was misled into a different war - not against Al-qaeda. Instead we went to war with Iraq. Their Weapons of Mass Destruction were a threat to the world. We had a plan to destroy the terrorists. We were strong. But there were no weapons of mass destruction. We did not have a plan to destroy the terrorists. We did not even have a plan to take care of Iraq. And now our strength has been compromised." Claire McCaskill

1. I love it. Never give the bastard a protest-free moment...
To use his own terminology: "We're gonna smoke him out."

3. Did the guy holding the "Honk to end Iraq" sign have an "accident"
It looks like he got a little excited and lost bladder control. Or is that just a shadow?

12. I'm surprised they're not running away in horror.
Even the stupid ones must have some rudimentary flight instinct.
