Great Clinton quote on religion, right and left:
"For people in America who are a part of my political tradition, our great sin has often been ignoring religion or denying its power or refusing to engage it because it seemed hostile to us," he said. "For ... the so-called Christian right and its allies, their great sin has been believing they were in full possession of the truth."

Religion does seem hostile to me, and my beliefs.

Don't he make you long for a real president.

1. Well, then, whichever Dem runs in 2008 should run with him as V.P.
They'd get in by a landslide.

5. I don't think so
I think a condition of the vice-presidency is that you have to been eligible to assume the presidency. I don't think he can, therefore he couldn't run on a ticket.

7. Never noticed that. It doesn't say he's ineligible, does it?
The VP requirement is that he be eligible to be president, not be elected president.
